SDI-12 - Shaft Encoder (Stand Alone)

The Stevens SDI-12 Shaft Encoder is a float-operated level sensor that measures the stage (level) of steams, rivers, lakes, and reservoirs. The SDI-12 Shaft Encoder can easily interface with data loggers and/or other equipment that have SDI-12 communication ports. In normal operation the SDI-12 Shaft Encoder obtains its power from the data logger or a similar device.


The user can fully program this sensor without the use of any external device or computer. The display can also be set to continuously output the current level reading.

Optional features include an LCD readout screen and battery backup option.
