UniFED Biological Wastewater Treatment

The UniFED system of biological nutrient removal provides a low capital and operating cost system with improved performance over competing systems (especially with respect to removal of nitrogen and phosphorus). UniFED can be designed and built in a new treatment plant or incorporated as a low-cost retrofit to existing IDEA (Intermittently Decanted Extended Aeration) or SBR (Sequence Batch Reactor) plants.
