ERG has a number of pilot plants which are available to conduct V-tex trials for gas scrubbing, liquor stripping and gas/steam condensing applications. Often the V-tex pilot plants are used in a combination with other ERG pilot plants such as packed tower scrubbers and carbon filters.
Below is a selection of the units available for trials.
250mm diameter single stage polypropylene unit suitable for gas flows of 50m3/hr at liquor rates of 1m3/hr
600mm diameter single stage unit suitable for gas flows of 400m3/hr at liquor rates of 5m3/hr
600mm diameter two stage GRP unit suitable for gas flows of 400m3/hr at liquor rates of 5m3/hr per stage
1000mm diameter single stage 316L ss unit suitable for gas flows of 1,000m3/hr at liquor rates of 10m3/hr.
