The mechanism of the WIL TRP-30 is designed to work semi-automatic. The system has a capacity of 30,000 tyres per shift on a yearly basis. The line can be operated by four workmen per shift. The two most important machines, the retreading machine and the AZ extruder have double the capacity. The total line is in good conditions and well maintained, and can be operated for many more years to come.

• 1 Shaping former (German term: Spreizer) for proper control of the tyre carcass 
• 1 Retreading machine (type Collmann), automatic type, year of manufacture: 1988
• 1 AZ Extruder for putting the rubber tread on the carcass. Year of manufacture: 1990. Spray width adjustable automatically.
• 8 Press stations. Type Marangoni. One extra set as spare part.
• 1 Maschine for deburring/cleaning.
• 50 Approx. 50 racks on rolls for storage of tyres
• 1 Steam generator (Advantage: One does not need any certified and specially trained personel. Bladders are loaded by steam. Water in loop circle. 
• 1 Air compressor
• 56 The molds for various dimensions of tyres. See separate list under Section 2.2.
