18 years working in the environmental industry prior to becoming a lawyer practicing environmental, real estate and commercial law for the past 10 years. Experience includes project management of Superfund sites throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. Thourough knowledge of the regulation of toxic and hazardous materials, including transportation and disposal of regulated wastes. Significant experience in brownfields redevelopment, including interactions with regulatory agencies. Me environmental law practice primarily deals with representing Developers in aquiring and developing brownfield sites. Member of the Bars of the State of Delaware and New Jersey.
