Project Title: Detailed Institutional Design of the Water and Sanitation Development Facility (WSDF) inclusive an Institutional Needs Gap Assessment
Key skills:
The Team Leader will be an Institutional Specialist with extensive experience in water sector funding mechanisms, institutional restructuring and capacity building, and shall be permanently on site (approx. 2-3 months) during the study and design phase. Familiarity with Public sector financing, laws and policies and training programme design is an asset.
Project commencement: tentatively mid February 2010
