Green Real Estate Education, who has educated over 6,000 in their various formats throughout the United States, has received close to 70 registrations for the conference presentation.
Green Real Estate Education, who established the leading green certification programs in the country for those who work within the real estate sectors. “Government entities plan for real estate infrastructure so it is a natural progression for our company to open this environment has made the decision to establish formal education with our course content to government entities.” Says Kerry Mitchell, President of Green Real Estate Education. The company conducts green education presentations through their partner providers to those in the workplace including those in professions such as those involved in real estate and mortgage transactions.
The workshop titled, “Greening Your Government” that offers the Level One Green Certified Government Leader, Green Leadership certification will include information on green economic programs, social responsibility, waste management and green building basics in the various governmental departments. Discussion of recycling efforts, and how to implement these practices into each community will be the focus in the 4 hour course given at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA on November 15, 2009. Mitchell says the registration numbers are exceeding what the company thought would be well under 30. With registration reaching over 50 and still coming in, this type of education is sparking interest to those entities who are not able to attend but are requesting information.
