The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requires hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) to obtain RCRA registrations and permits from their state agency or EPA. Trinity assists facilities that are subject to RCRA with preparation of RCRA Part A and Part B applications and renewal forms.
