Upgrade your system, cover an emergency, supplement existing plant or use while you refurbish - WPL provides a range of transportable treatment plants for either additional biological treatment or temporary use. These are available for short or long-term hire and are regularly supplied to our customers within water utilities, commercial and industrial applications.
Utilising a reliable fixed film process, the WPL SAF is segmented internally to provide both carbonaceous and nitrifying treatment in a single tank, eliminating the need for multiple tanks. The segmented arrangement internally eliminates shortcuts and mitigates process risks associated with variable loads. Suitable for above ground applications and taking hydraulic flows of up to 72m3/hours per unit, depending on influent concentration. Multiple units can be supplied for higher flows.
Transportable Lamella Plate settlement tanks are the ideal solution where there is no existing primary or final settlement on site and where space is at a premium. Used in conjunction with WPL biological treatment modules, the units can be designed to provide an effluent quality of 10:20:1 BOC:TSS:AMMONIA. They can be hired and/or purchased for permanent or temporary installations.
The WPL Clic-Clo Microscreen is an established solution for utility and larger municipal applications where tertiary solids and BOD removal is required. Used on a variety of utility and municipal waste water treatment plants as either permanent or temporary additions to existing process units, they are ideally configured to be used as retrofit items of kit where the existing works is failing discharge consent conditions. The unit can be skid mounted for portable applications.
Used as tertiary treatment to reduce BOD and Suspended Solids after full treatment, WPL sand filters are ideal as a component of an integral system or a stand-alone process unit. They can be purchased or rented, as required.
