MACT Compliance for the MON

This one-day workshop provides background and guidance on EPA’s recently finalized National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants affecting the miscellaneous organic chemical manufacturing industry. Course content will include background information on the MACT program and the MON, an overview of the rule structure, and the standards, monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements. Applicability flow charts will be provided to assist your facility in identifying emission units expected to be subject to control requirements.
