Infrared Sources for Anesthesia Monitoring - Monitoring and Testing

Anesthesia agent monitoring identifies and quantifies the anesthesia. This is done by using infrared absorption techniques to control the phases of the anesthesia. Therefore several gases have to be measured at once – online, accurately and reliably.

Targeted gases are Halotane, Isoflurane, Enflurane, Sevofluorane, Desflurane, CO2, N2O.
