It provides sub-ppm measurement capability, password protected calibrations and instrument settings, data storage and multiple calibrations, and a touch screen display for more user options. Ideal for measuring oil content levels in FRAC and produced water, fats, oil and grease (FOG) in wastewater, industrial and refinery wastewater effluents, cleaning of metal parats, drill cuttings, containment ponds and remediation sites.

Sitelab's TD-500D analyzer is used on offshore oil platforms to test TPH in produced sand. The sand is contaminated by crude oil and must be treated prior to overboard discharge in order to meet regulatory limits.
Sitelab's UVF-3100D is used to test soil to help investigate and clean up sites contaminated by above ground or underground storage tanks (USTs). Soils can be analyzed for extended diesel range organics (EDRO) or extractable petroleum hydrocarbons (EPH). Results correlate well to confirmatory lab methods.
The amount of water used in and produced by hydraulic fracturing of shale gas wells is in the millions of gallons per well. Whether the water is going to be taken off site for disposal or reused for re-injection, the flowback or produced water needs pretreatment to remove any residual oil from the water. Waiting for remote lab results can take several days to a week. InfraCal TOG/TPH Analyzers allow for oil in water testing at the well site in less than 10 minutes. The sampling requires a few simple steps that can be performed by non-technical personnel. The water is mixed with the extraction solvent, shaken, and then presented to the analyze for measurement. The same InfraCal TOG/TPH Analyzer can be used for TPH in soil if a spill or pond leak occurs to determine the contaminated area. The analyzer features:
