Reliable Shredding Technology for Rubber and Tyres

Our shredding systems generate granulate from the hardest rubber and old tyre applications for your recycling plant. Regardless of whether you want to use the granulate for pyrolysis, hydrolysis or combustion, we will customize it to exactly fit your needs. Regardless of whether rubber accumulates in the form of tyres, conveyor belts, rubberised chains or as production waste, recycling is economically efficient and makes sense from an environmental perspective. Very powerful shredders are required to recover recyclable materials from rubber waste and old tyres. Our proven and reliable 4-shaft technology is particularly suited in this regard. This system economically performs the pre- and re-shredding in just one step.

Information security shredding & product destruction

Helping Manufacturers Reduce Associated Losses and Liability Risks. Material Recovery: Waste materials (or defective products) can be shredded to allow recycling or re-use. Wastes generated in manufacturing process such as plastic, rubber, or fibers are ideal candidates for reprocessing. Packaged goods can be shredded to open containers. Contents such as detergent can be collected and separated for repackaging, while contents such as canned food can be separated and reprocessed into animal feed.

    Recycling equipments for tyre recycling

Used tyres are among the largest and most problematic sources of waste today, due to the large volume produced and their durability. The same characteristics which make waste tyres a waste problem also make them one of the most re-used waste materials. Recycled tyre chips can be used for TDF (Tyre Derived Fuel) which is a fuel used for heat plants and cement ovens or for equestrian (i.e. rubber mixed with sand or sawdust used in the horse industry as ground in the stable or at the tracks). Rubber granulate is reused in e.g. sports fields, artificial turfs, rubber mats and moulded products. Rubber powder can be reused in rubber paved asphalt. The recovered steel can be smelted and reused just like non-recovered steel. Finally, the liberated textile has a very high effective burning value and can therefore be mixed with other materials in order to increase that material’s effective burning value.

  • Carbon black application of continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant

Carbon Black Powder (30%) The second product of continuous pyrolysis plant for tires recycling is carbon black. The quantity of carbon black is about 30% to 35% according to tyre quality. The use of carbon black is as a chemical strengthener in rubber and coloring agent in pigment industries. This carbon black price is very competitive compared to petroleum carbon black, so our pyrolysis carbon black is good option in stead of petroleum carbon black.
