    The GEOWEB system offers design flexibility for unpaved roadway surfaces, base stabilization, road shoulders as well as erosion protection of embankments and stormwater drainage channels.   • Geotechnical Applications

    Pore pressure variability and control is one of the most significant aspects of Geotechnical Engineering practice related to slope stability, underground openings, foundation of heavy structures, and water retention facilities. Pore pressure effects are most often controlled by natural small-scale hydrogeologic details. Characterization and management of pore pressures requires closely-arrayed repeated measurements to determine the effects of these details for design of appropriate mitigation measures, for performance monitoring and control of the selected mitigation measure.     Polymeric liners are prone to puncture by inclusions within the underlying soil. Thick, non-woven geotextile can be used to give protection to liners during installation. Often the upper slopes are exposed to damage and it is a good practice to cover these areas with a depth of soil which will sustain vegetation. Alternatively, a stone or concrete substance can be used to achieve a hard landscaped appearance. Our product will protect the liner from puncture whilst also providing a degree of slope stability.
