However, through large-area, 3D measurements and areal feature parameters, quantitative correlation of texture to efficiency has only recently been obtained. We now know that ISO 3D surface parameters linearly correlate with solar cell efficiency.

    There is no legislation to control of the proper functioning of pyranometers used to measure solar radiation installed in the PV field. The control can be effectively carried out with portable instruments suitable to avoid uninstalling pyranometers set in areas normally inaccessible as placed at the side of panels. A quick test on the field assesses whether a good maintenance is sufficient to obtain a reliable measurement of the solar radiation or if it is necessary to send radiation sensors to the manufacturer for a control. In order to make a test on the field and verify the proper operation of a photovoltaic system, Delta Ohm provides a set of tools that allow an easy and flexible use.

  • Biogas to Elecricity

    The range of supply of biogas to electricity solutions is from 10 kW to 1 MW. All the components of the solution are provided with matching capacities. It comprises the biogas digester system of the desired capacity, gas storage, biogas cleaning system to get rid of H2S from the gas, and the biogas genset. In the digester system, one may have a pre-digester or a feed mixing chamber or both. On the post-digester side, liquid from the slurry is separated and is recycled for feed preparation. It reduces the overall fresh water demand of the scheme. The digester itself may be temperature controlled and the input for the same could be given from heat recovery of the genset or from a solar heating system or from any other heat source as the case may be.
