Air cleaning system for the gaming

Casino operators were some of the first to be able to put a price tag on indoor air quality and to realize the impact that IAQ has on customer traffic. As a result, you’ll find more Dynamic Air Cleaners in casinos than any other high efficiency air cleaners. Dynamic Air Cleaners remove dangerous airborne particles that other air cleaning systems miss…including odors, VOCs, smoke, bacteria, allergens, fine dust, molds and pollen…without producing any harmful ozone.

Air cleaning system for the office buildings

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, we spend over 90% of our time indoors. Much of this time is spent in our offices. Studies show that cleaner air in office buildings can improve productivity and reduce absenteeism. High Efficiency Air Cleaning – Dynamic Air Cleaners remove dangerous airborne particles that other air cleaning systems miss…including odors, VOCs, smoke, bacteria, allergens, fine dust, molds and pollen…without producing any harmful ozone. When properly applied Dynamic Air Cleaners can have a significant impact on removing odors from outside air as the air comes through the ventilation system.

Air cleaning system for the airports sector

Dynamic Air Cleaners remove dangerous airborne particles that other air cleaning systems miss…including odors, VOCs, smoke, bacteria, allergens, fine dust, molds and pollen…without producing any harmful ozone. Dynamic Air Cleaners can have a significant impact on removing odors from outside air as the air comes through the ventilation system. This feature is very important in airports in the control of jet exhaust fumes that migrate into fresh air intakes.

    Waste to Energy

We can treat the air streams from waste management plants, MBT (Mechanical Biological Treatment) reception and composting areas, Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP), Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) Plants, gasification of waste, syngas, torrefaction, gas engines and biogas upgrading. In waste management plants and WWTP, we remove the odors that may be causing a nuisance to neighbors, with bioreactors using Biomass to degrade odorous components and where odors are particularly intractable or VOC emissions higher, thermal oxidizers to meet prescribed emission limits and odor levels. In RDF Plants, Syngas, Gasification, Gas Engine and Biogas Upgrading applications, we employ thermal oxidizers, particulate removal and DeNOX systems, for the control of VOC, NOx, CO and particulates to prescribed emission limits.

  • Cyanide Treatment with Hydrogen Peroxide

Cyanides are used in a number of chemical synthesis and metallurgical processes (as simple salts or cyanide complexes). As a class, cyanides are highly toxic and must be destroyed or removed from wastewaters prior to discharge. The most common method for treating free or simple cyanide is alkaline chlorination. However, chlorination of cyanide results in highly toxic intermediates (e.g., cyanogen chloride) and, if organic material is present, chlorinated VOC’s. These compounds, together with the residual chlorine, create additional environmental problems. Consequently, there is a growing need for alternative, non-chlorine methods for destroying cyanides. Peroxygen compounds such as hydrogen peroxide, peroxymonosulfuric acid (1), and persulfates (1) are effective alternatives to alkaline chlorination for destroying free and complexed cyanides. The choice of peroxygen system depends on the reaction time available, the desired products (cyanate, or CO2 and NH3), the types of cyanides being treated (free, weak acid dissociable, or inert), and the system economics. Treatment with Hydrogen Peroxide While hydrogen peroxide will oxidize free cyanide, it is common to catalyze the reaction with a transition metal such as soluble copper, vanadium, tungsten or silver in concentrations of 5 to 50 mg/L (2).

  • Painting & Coating

Paint fumes are Unbreathable. Spray Painting VOCs and Powder Coating dust are both harmful pollutants which are produced during painting operations. The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted from paint can cause respiratory issues and require proper ventilation to remove harmful gasses from the work area. Powder Coating lines and spray painting produce dangerous fumes and dusts which need to be filtered or exhausted outside your facility. Industrial coatings and chemicals can produce toxic VOCs and foul odors which can effect worker`s health and reduce productivity. Some of the most common coatings are polymers which include polyurethane, epoxy and moisture-cure urethane. Many different industries required the use of glues, adhesives, solvents and different chemical agents in their production process, but are unsure of the best way to handle this nuisance. Exhausting fumes outside may be an option when VOCs are extremely dangerous and odorous but companies must also comply with EPA guidelines which regulate which gases can be emitted. In cold climates and in air-conditioned facilities, capturing, filtering and recirculating fumes can provide huge energy savings preventing costly heat loss and energy intensive air makeup systems. Utilizing activated carbon granules can allow operators to filter VOCs and odors from painting and cutting applications. Different quantities and types of carbon modules are required depending upon the contaminant.
