waste separation recycling Applications

  • Absolute separation for the recycling sector

In the whole production waste, a great part is represented by those of industrial origin. As far as the correct handling of them, VITONE ECO offers complete solutions, as far as dehydration of drilling muds, recycling of water in different processes in chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological sectors and in the processes of ore-mining and production of metals.

  • Recycling and separation of shredder light fraction

Ad Rem`s main focus is currently on the processing, reuse and recycling of Shredder Light Fraction. Currently shredder light fraction is already being processed at Group Galloo with the Ad Rem equipment. With the enormous experience in house on this subject,  Ad Rem is currently designing a complete new recycling facility for Group Galloo. This new facility will be specialized in treating Shredder Light Fraction. This installation is full of new exiting technologies and hopes to set the standards for the next coming years.

  • Oil skimmers for API separators industry

Ambar’s belt mop oil skimmer is ideal for the API separators because the mop can cover the entire width of the API thus giving the oil no place to hide. The recovered oil can gravity drain from the oil skimmer or it can be pumped to a near by oil storage container. The end result is recycled oil, improved efficiency and lower operating costs.

    Magnets for the recycling industry

Master Magnets equipment is used in many recycling applications such as the recycling of automobiles, electrical goods, skip waste, domestic waste, in fact wherever there is a need to separate metals from other materials. The process of recycling and reclamation invariably involves end-of-life products that may be shredded, crushed or fragmentised and require separation. Master Magnets supply the widest range of industrial magnetic equipment for the separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from materials such as aggregate, demolition waste, plastics, rubber and shredded wood.

  • Recycling of Incinerator Slag

Incinerator slag mainly consists of mineral components, metal scrap and other unburnt materials. With our separation systems we are able to treat both the untreated ash as well as the mixed and contaminated metal fraction. Out of both fraction we can recover a clean aluminum and a heavy metal fraction.

  • Solutions for the waste sector

There is an increasing global awareness that the waste problem needs to be solved in a sustainable way. New waste separation techniques are being implemented, and R&D programs focus on much more than waste-technology alone. The importance of biomass is recognized as a potential high-energy source for electricity and biogas. DMT’s ambitious approach is based on the principles of circular economy and cradle to cradle: waste products are in fact very valuable. We constantly investigate new ways in which to approach ‘waste’ from a different perspective, how to best use or reuse certain products, and where to create new markets and demands.

  • Recycling and processing of shredder heavy fraction

Since 1991, the bi-directional dense medium separation technology for the recycling of automobile and industrial wastes is being used. For many years a principle client in this regard has been the Group Galloo.  Group Galloo owns currently 50% of the AD REM shares. At first the Galloo staff was not convinced that a carrot separator could compete with the classical dense medium separators on the market at that time. So they set up a trial on +12 mm automobile shredder residue, running half of the test material through a conventional drum and the other half through this modified bi-directional carrot separator.
