Medical and Bio-hazard Waste Treatment Technology with zero emissions

The OZONATOR technology is the new NG-3000 model capable of processing up to 400 kg (880 lbs.) of waste every twenty minutes (1200 kg per hour) and can operate on a continuous basis 24 hours per day – 7 days per week with about one hour per week for service and cleaning. The waste is shredded with up to 90% reduction in volume and treated with a high concentration of ozone (sterilized) and then compacted into a stainless steel transport bin for disposal at landfill as general waste (daily cover) or the treated waste can be used as fuel in a WTE (waste-to-energy) facility. • Emissions testing for industrial boilers and burners

Industrial boilers and burners have their own unique characteristics. When an unexpectedly high CO is detected, the Testo 350 will automatically adjust to the situation, keeping the sensor protected at all times. Don`t worry about climbing and removing the probe from the stack, just hit the fresh air button. The measurements of O2, CO, NO and SO2, combined with automatic calculations (CO2, efficiency, excess air), provide fast tuning solutions. The 350`s compact design is better for working on a platform or small space. The automatic zero pressure measurement is ideal to monitor flow or draft induction. With a pitot tube you can quickly measure velocity and determine mass flow even during long term testing. The Testo 350 makes reporting in lbs/hour easy!

Industrial air pollution control for the electronics and electrical industry

The world`s appetite for electronic devices - from simple household appliances to sophisticated computers - has led to rapid growth of both these industries. Typically for the electronics industry, there are large waste gas streams (up to 400,000 Nm³/h) with relatively low concentrations of different solvents. The waste gases mainly occur in coating, cleaning and etching processes during the production of semiconductors, CDs/DVDs, Blue-ray discs, DVTs, TFT-LCD and plasma displays. The electronics industry has important standards to meet regarding environmental protection. CTP complies with these requirements: From zero emission goals, to installations on the roofs of production facilities.
