Wastewater treatment solutions for fat, oil & grease
Industrial and domestic sewer networks often contain areas in which FOG will accumulate. These areas can be lift stations or pipe segments with relative low flow. MICROCAT bioformulations for industrial FOG degradation are considered to be world’s most effective microbial products to solve and prevent these systems from fouling and will bring down overall maintenance cost. Additionally keeping the sewer lines free flowing will also improve wastewater treatment operations as less FOG is flowing into the treatment plant. The following MICROCAT products can be used:
MICROCAT-DNT-RF: A synergistic blend of preselected, adapted microorganisms for liquefying greases and fats and maintaining plumbing systems free of blockages. In addition MICROCAT-DNTRF contains specialized heat-tolerant microorganisms and microorganisms for controlling odours associated with FOG accumulations and inadequate grease traps in industrial kitchens.
MICROCAT- BioPOP-LS: Rugged, semi-submersible cylinders that slowly dissolve and release microbes and enzymes that can reduce odour and improve FOG degradation in grease traps and lift stations.
MICROCAT-ECL: A liquid blend of natural enzymes and surfactants for use in cleaning and deodorizing. It is formulated for use in a wide range of applications from food processing to wastewater treatment to enhance cleaning and removal of fats, oils, greases, starches, proteins, etc. and to suppress the odours resulting from such compounds.
MICROCAT-ANL: A liquid blend of preselected, adapted phototropic micro organisms for use under anoxic or anaerobic conditions. It is formulated for use in sewer lines and lift stations to suppress odour and enhance biodegradation where oxygen is of limited availability.
