It starts with global expertise
Service begins with a member of the global CDE sales team visiting the customer's site. Every representative is highly trained with expert industry knowledge. Uniquely, all representatives are direct employees of CDE, meaning that every customer is dealing directly with the manufacturer of their plant.
During these site visits the representative will discuss the customer's process in order to establish the requirements and expectations. This information will then be passed to the design team based at the CDE head office.
