The circulating fluidized bed boiler of Zhengzhou Boiler Co., Ltd,is improved and optimized on the basis of drawing on the fluidized bed industrial boiler in China,it not only overcome many deficiencies,but also optimize the production structure of the boiler,its advantages are mainly the following aspects.
1.High Rate of Fuel Combustion
The combustion efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler is higher than other similar boilers,usually,in the range of 95% -99%,fuel can be fully burned because of its circulation combustion.
2.Strong Load Capacity
The load regulation ratio of circulating fluidized bed boiler can be adjusted to 3-4:1,the load regulation rate is also very fast,can reach 4% per minute.
3.High Combustion Intensity.
High heat load of unit cross-sectional area in furnace is another advantage of circulating fluidized bed boiler,its sectional heat load is about 3.5～4.5MW/m2,near or above the coal-powder boiler.Under the same heat load ,bubbling fluidized bed boiler needs 2 ~ 3 times cross-sectional area than the circulating fluidized bed boiler.
4.Comprehensive Utilization of Ash
Fluidized bed combustion process belongs to low temperature combustion,while the excellent burnout conditions in furnace reduces the carbon content (less than 1%),which belongs to low temperature burning through,so,it is easy to implement ash utilization.
5.Low Pollution Emissions
The discharge range of fluidized bed boiler is 50 ~ 150ppm or 40 ~ 120mg/MJ,there are two reasons,one is low-temperature combustion,at this time,nitrogen in the air will not generate NOX,the other is staged combustion,it inhibit the transform from nitrogen in fuel to NOX,and restore some NOX generated,which is very attractive.
Circulating fluidized bed boiler technology is a rapidly developing combustion technology of high efficiency and low pollution,the next few years will be an important period of its rapid development.
