Summary: This is a nice mature site that has been well maintained. Grasspave2 fire lanes allow designers to create a pedestrian mall appearance within a multi-residence complex and also provide for fire truck access over the lawn areas. Having grass for fire lanes reduces urban heat and that is really important in warm climates.
