Dust off your skis, polish your snowboards and prepare to slalom down the mountains for gasworld’s CO2 Summit on the Slopes.
The event, which takes place between 6-7 March at the Interalpen Hotel Tyrol in Innsbruck, Austria, will bring together industry professionals to debate current topics and issues in the carbon dioxide market and supply chain, and perhaps indulge in a little apres-ski too!
Analox Sensor Technology will be attending alongside Chart Industries, after recently signing a deal with their European arm, Chart Ferox. The recently secured deal allows Flow Instruments, a Chart Industries Company, to supply Analox’s fixed CO2 and inert gas monitoring equipment, alongside their development, production and distribution of flow measurement systems across the gas industry throughout Europe.
Gasworld have organised similar events in the past, focusing on helium gas in their 2013 and 2016 events in London and New Jersey.
Carbon dioxide is used in a wide range of industries, from carbonating soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, to promoting growth in fruit and vegetables, as well as a cryogen, a substance used to produce very low temperatures. Although naturally present in the atmosphere at low levels, elevated levels of CO2 can have a dangerous impact on health and can result in injury, unconsciousness and death.
Analox Sensor Technology will be showcasing their latest carbon dioxide detector at the event, the Ax60+. An upgrade to the previous Ax60, the Ax60+ offers multi-gas monitoring and has a fully customisable setup, ensuring a flexible solution for protection from gas leaks for both large and small organisations.
Simon Lunt, Sales Manager for Analox Sensor Technology said: “We’re pleased to be attending the inaugural CO2 summit, plus it’s a great start to our partnership with our new sales channel for Europe. We always find the conferences that gasworld put on very enlightening and are a great place to network and this is the first time we’ve ever attended such an event in Austria.”
Andrey Ruban, Business Development Manager EMEAR for Chart packaged gas products in Europe said: “We’re looking forward to attending CO2 Summit on the Slopes, which will be our first official conference with Analox Sensor Technology.
“Chart Ferox believe in innovation, experience and performance and we think that Analox fits this criteria really well. We’re looking forward to successfully carrying this partnership forward via Flow Instruments by supplying renowned brands with gas safety equipment alongside our flow measurement system requirements.”
