Challenge
A dairy beverage company required disinfection of their chilled water and recycled water lines. The water contained high levels of bacteria including pseudonomas aeruginosa and several other bacterial types listed in the water analysis.

Solution
Genesis Water Technologies consulted with the client and its facilities operations staff on the best solution for this challenge. The system solution included pre-filtration to remove dust/silt particulate followed by a GWT I series ultraviolet disinfection system to inactive/kill the bacteria in the water stream.

Results
The system was installed by the clients plumbing contractor on site with technical and installation assistance provided by Genesis Water Technologies. The system is performing within operating parameters set by the client in compliance with state compliance standards.

Beverage Processing Facility – Liquor Facility

Challenge
A liquor company required disinfection of their product process water. The water contained high levels of bacteria including pseudonomas aeruginosa and several other bacterial types listed in the water analysis.

Solution
Genesis Water Technologies and our local partner consulted with the client and provided an optimized solution for this challenge. The system solution included pre-filtration via bag filtration to remove turbidity to negligible levels followed by GWT LRC series ultraviolet disinfection system is manifold ed configuration to inactive/kill the bacteria in the water stream. 

The system was installed by our local partner on site with technical and installation assistance provided by Genesis Water Technologies. The system is performing within operating parameters set by the client in compliance with local water treatment beverage compliance standards.
