Bioaugmentation/waste water treatment in municipal WWTP - Case Study
What is it?
The bioaugmentation is an innovative technology which consists in an increase of selected bacteria to help naturally the biological process of organic compounds degradation.
It is proper to dose in any effluent type and wastewater treatment system, which no longer has enough capacity or has an inefficient performance.
These products facilitate the reduction of environmental parameters (COD, BOD, TSS), degradation of organic matter, oils and fats and nutrients excess.
- Problem: Oils, fats and foams.
- Solution: Biodigestor
