Case Study: 8601 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills

This building was completely abated of asbestos fireproofing, then re-fireproofed with new, non-asbestos materials in 2004/2005. However, during subsequent earthquake retrofit efforts pockets of residual asbestos were identified throughout the building. At this point, the Owner contacted Ellis. Ellis was ultimately retained to manage the re-abatement of the entire building.
