Almatis retained E2 to conduct an EMIS solution design encompassing:
- EHS Incident Management
- Quality Event Management
- Risk Management
- Corrective and Preventative (CAPA) tracking
The project included business and technical requirements definition, evaluation of client's existing systems, commercial off the shelf software evaluation, solution design recommendations, and the facilitation of onsite software demonstrations.
Upon selecting a commercial off the shelf software provider, Almatis then retained E2 to manage the implementation of the product. E2 worked in concert with the Almatis EMIS team and the software vendor through all phases of the implementation including development of the project plan, software configuration specification, solution testing, and deployment.
