Delta Air Lines is the world's largest airline. From its hubs in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Memphis, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New York-JFK, Salt Lake City, Amsterdam and Tokyo, Delta, its Northwest subsidiary and Delta Connection carriers offer service to 368 destinations in 66 countries and serve more than 170 million passengers each year.

E2 is currently managing a project to integrate newly acquired Northwest Airlines (NWA) business into Delta's ongoing implementation of a (COTS) software solution for the following environmental business processes:

  • Compliance Management
  • Air Quality
  • Chemical Inventory

E2 has been assisting Delta's EMIS team with reviewing the initial deployment of the software started by pre-merger Delta and formulating plans for system upgrade and deployment to pre-merger NWA stations.

The project includes leading the discovery of Delta's current implementation scope/progress; identification, documentation, and communication of NWA's business requirements; assisting Delta's EMIS team with an upgrade of the application; and supporting a coordinated implementation of the application for both the Delta and NWA's sides of the business.
