Case study - Four Seasons Hotel Group

Initially Carbon Credentials carried out a feasibility study on voltage optimization for the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.

As a result of that, the Hotel was able to get a grant from the Carbon Trust to assist with another feasibility study on heating and power usage.

This led to an Air Conditioning Inspection at the Hampshire Hotel and also another at its sister hotel in Canary Wharf, London.

Our investigations not only allowed us to improve upon the hotels' energy efficiency, saving £13,000 off their annual energy bill at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire and £31,450 off the bill at the Four Seasons Canary Wharf.

The changes and improvements we implemented also resulted in the pleasant side-effect of improved air quality - an important factor in creating the right ambience for a luxury hotel.
