The boiler in Strömsund was built in 1987 and in 1994 it was equipped with a flue gas condensor with moisturizer to achieve maximum effect from the fuel. The Air Pollution Control was handled by a cyclone and a spray scrubber. In 2008 the company invested in an electrode filter to clean the flue gases even more.
Envibat got this order when the old flue gas condensor from another manufacturer started leaking water from the distant heating circuit after 19 years of operation.
