Chesapeake Bay, USA: Aquatic life returns

Courtesy of Aeration Industries International (AII)

Forced inside to escape noxious odors from the water one summer, Chesapeake Bay area residents could no longer use their swimming pools or barbeques. Forget any out-door parties. Marine birds and aquatic life had vanished from their canal, a tributary to a creek that flows into the Chesapeake Bay.

The neighborhood association chose the AIRE-O2® aeration system as a solution for its water quality problems because of its unique capability to force air into the water and then, circulate the oxygen enriched water throughout the canal. The investment was well worth the results: no more odors, a return of marine life and summer fun. The residents are happy and their crab pots are full.

Summer is once more enjoyable thanks to the AIRE-O2® system.
