Pictoral Evidence to Demonstrate the Effectiveness of the Cleveland Biotech GreaseBeta in Controlling Drain Line FOG Deposition In a Fast Food Catering Kitchen

A Cleveland Biotech GreaseBeta unit dosing AMNITE L100 into the drain line leading into the large grease interceptor prior to the vacuum discharge pumps.

12th Feb . The system was installed. 4 weeks later the tank was opened and the contents inspected – see pic 1. It can be seen that the accumulated grease was starting to break up.

8 weeks later, the tank was inspected again when it was discovered that virtually all of the accumulated fats had broken down, and further FOG deposition was being prevented by the biological breakdown process.
