0
In 2004, our research group conducted a research survey among managers in St. Petersburg, Russia for the project, Social Capital, Trust and Managerial Strategies among Russian Enterprises. It is a follow up to the survey of 2000, N = 594. The more there is openness in the firm's contact with the external social environment, the higher the level of social responsibility of the management. The increase in the managers' social responsibility leads to the fact that these managers choose models of sustainable development as a strategic reference point for their firms. Distinctions in spheres of social responsibility have also been rather strongly revealed.
