A global brewing company requested the assistance of Antea Group's Global Corporate Consultancy to develop a comprehensive water strategy that would help it assume a leadership position (top quartile) within the industry sector and provide meaningful shared business value.
Our team worked collaboratively with the company in defining project expectations and detailing the various actions and inputs necessary to develop a vision and water strategy to:
- meet internal expectations,
- align with the six key areas of the CEO Water Mandate, and
- drive competitive advantage and ensure long-term viability.
An assessment of our client’s current water program was completed, including key internal stakeholder interviews, external benchmarking performance, and an opportunity assessment relative to the elements of the CEO Water Mandate. Data collected was synthesized into a single summary of findings and opportunities. This information was utilized as key insight and baseline data to develop a vision statement and water strategy. The principal deliverable from our work was the development of a business-aligned vision and water strategy that was presented to company leaders.
