Abstract

Deriving sustainability indicators for carbon energy in mid century term is aimed at defining added values of emerging energy policies in 21st century on environmental and economic dimensions. Whole debate on transforming infinite global energy systems into sustainable economy is primarily focused in determining costs and timing for a transition to carbon free energy systems and establishing relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions. Paper emphatically explores menu of emissions’ abatement costs in socio-economic & environmental modeling. It further analyses evolving climate strategies on Emissions’ Trading, CDM and JI. Econometric assessment of carbon accounting for estimated carbon potentials on continuance of carbon economy beyond mid century term sustaining Lead Time for converting global energy system into sustainable economy on renewable & hydrogen energy, under emissions’ regulations, and long-term energy and environmental policy approaches aims at identifying significant determinants contributing to evolve a Global Energy Policy and Economics in 21st century on treatise of Natural Resource and Environmental Economics, that leads to derive sustainability indicators for developing energy portfolios of 21st century. Paper objectively concludes in paradigm shifting for evolving sustainable energy, economy & information portfolios to conserve natural resources and formulate Global Energy Policy for sustainable economics in 21st century.
