Resistivity method uses in engineering usually involve mapping void for construction safety purpose. One survey ZZ did was to use crosshole resistivity method to verify the size and location of two karasts. Due to site limitation, only 32 and 20 electrodes were used. The inversion image found two low resistivity areas next to the borehole, which resemble the void. Latter drilling conferred with the resistivity result.
