Genesis Condominiums are located on the lovely Outer Banks of North Carolina. Genesis found itself with an aging package plant that was unable to meet current discharge standards. This has become a common problem in the area as old steel plants have corroded with age due to the salt environment. Limited space is another common issue shared by many condominiums along the beaches. Walden was able to provide a solution to the limited space problem while also providing for a high quality effluent to meet current standards.
