e. When installing, pay attention to the up and down direction of the assembly block. The top surface of each layer needs to be laid flat, and the layers must be cleaned to prevent debris from clogging.
f. When installation and other work need to work on the filler, it must be operated on a flat plate, and it is strictly forbidden to step on it directly.
g. In the process of construction, assembly and installation, it is strictly forbidden to carry out welding work above the filling of the cooling tower, and fire prevention measures should be taken when necessary. After the installation is completed, take out all the construction tools and auxiliary installation facilities in the cooling tower and hand over the construction completion plan, and the entire cooling tower filling replacement step is completed.
Bonding and installation of water spray filler:
a. Select the bottom of the tower for bonding assembly according to the actual situation on site. The bonding of the water-sprinkling filler should be firm, and immediately press it with a flat plate after assembling a group to prevent degumming caused by the warping of the forming sheet itself.
b. After the bonding is dry, it can be moved and placed on a flat ground. The stacking height should not exceed 2 meters to prevent long-term exposure to the sun.
c. When the assembly block is installed, the upper and lower adjacent layers are arranged orthogonally and perpendicular to each other. The installation work is carried out in partitions, laid neatly, the blocks are tightly packed, and the irregular gaps such as corners, columns, towers, etc. Cut to ensure neat laying and tight coverage, with the largest gap not exceeding 20mm.
d. During the installation process, clean up the packing layers and layers in time without leaving scattered debris.
e. After the filler is installed, when it is necessary to work on the filler, it must be covered with wooden boards, and it is strictly forbidden to step on it directly.
f. When installing, send a special person to be responsible for checking the quality, and make a record of construction acceptance to ensure the quality of the installation.
