Overview

Situated in the heart of Westfield Retail Mall, White City, London, Biju Bubble Tea is a new concept in the beverage world.

The challenge

As with all catering establishments there is a need for a controlled, audited Fat, Oil, Grease and Starch management process. Landlords now insist on all tenants providing a sustainable FOG management system in order to protect against drain and sewer contamination.

The solution

This is where the Fogtrap came in. Our mobile system enabled Biju to install a unit that is easily exchanged at regular intervals and complies with all landlord regulations. There also is no business interruption, and the system does not any require staff, or external contractors, to get involved in the waste removal process.
