REMEDIATION: IN SITU  pp 42-44

Fracture - emplacement of 140 tons of Zero Valent Micro-iron/cellulose substrate  into TCE- impacted sandstone bedrock at a former air force missile base site near Windsor, Colorado. Three dimensional mapping of ZVI fractures using tiltmeter geophysics.  Treatment results after 21 months show 94 % TCE mass reduction, in some areas below drinking water criteria.
