The Lafarge Malogoszcz plant in Poland started up its new fabric filter in May 2005, with a revamped gas conditioning tower for clinker production line 2. The precalciner, kiln and raw mill are dedusted by a Scheuch EMC baghouse, which replaced the existing ESP. Scheuch participated in this project from engineering to start up, and it was completed in only eight months.

The daily clinker capacity of the line is 2000 t. The amount of alternative fuels used by the plant is currently around 30% but this figure is on the increase. The line operates more than 90% of the time with the raw mill on.
