Jack C. Gardiner joins Biowater Technology
CUMBERLAND, RI, NOVEMBER -- Biowater Technology is pleased to announce Mr. Jack C. Gardiner has joined Biowater Technology as CEO North America. Jack is well known and respected in the water and wastewater industry and brings over 30 years of valuable experience to Biowater.
Mr. Gardiner was a consultant at Aquanetus Technology Inc. developing a unique new Frac flow-back water recycle system to be deployed in the rapidly expanding oil and gas horizontal hydraulic fracturing marketplace. Prior to this he was Senior Vice President at Headworks Inc. and Headworks Bio Inc. where his duties included biological process design and business development both nationally and internationally. Before coming onboard at Headworks, Mr. Gardiner was the Chairman and CEO at AnoxKaldnes North America, a position he held until the sale of the company. While at AnoxKaldnes he guided the company through rapid growth in a three-year period with order bookings of 2.5 million in 2005 to bookings approaching 40 million in 2007. Mr. Gardiner has been involved in the marketing of innovative technology in the water and wastewater industries his entire career and is recognized globally for his knowledge in many fields of treatment. His first step into these markets was his invention of a vacuum induction-mixing device called “Water Champ” that has been used globally for the diffusion of chlorine gas, coagulants and carbon dioxide gas. He eventually sold his company to US Filter/Vivendi (now Veolia).
