Richard E. Engler, Ph.D., Senior Policy Advisor for Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C®), will speak during the 'Government Agency Outlook and Updates' session. Dr. Engler recently joined B&C after 17 years as senior staff scientist and leader of the Green Chemistry Program in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT).
