The vision for Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) is to be recognized as the best bank for customers. Its strategy is to create value for shareholders by investing where it can make a real difference for customers, communities, and colleagues.

Trying to preserve a vivid vision for the future, LBG in collaboration with the Centre for Sustainability & Excellence (CSE), embarked on a sustainability journey, and since 2004 have identified and responded to great challenges. CSE has provided a variety of consulting services to LBG according to CSE methodology.
