MadgeTech Beats Competition for Autoclave Validation - Case Study
Headquartered in Bogota, Colombia, StarClave manufactures autoclaves for the dental, aesthetic, and veterinary industry. StarClave opened its doors in 2009 with one mission in mind: to work under the strictest quality standards in order to meet the biological safety needs of their clients.
StarClave purchased data loggers from two manufacturers in the past for autoclave validations, however, they did not live up to expectations. Ultimately, StarClave decided to purchase MadgeTech data loggers due to their reliability, reputation, and easy-to-use software.
To validate autoclaves before they are sold, StarClave relies on the HiTemp140-1 high temperature data logger with a 1-inch probe. They also recommend this data logger to their customers to maintain proper functionality and ensure compliance. During the final stage autoclave production, StarClave technicians routinely deploy data loggers to help calibrate working temperatures. Once the autoclaves pass a final inspection, data loggers are deployed again to test temperatures before they are shipped to the customer.
