Metal contamination in drinking and source water has proven to have economic and health impacts on the human race. Regulatory agencies understand the importance of remediating metal contamination in our water supply to ensure safe consumption of drinking water. In order to properly remediate our water supplies, one must first determine cause of contamination and the source of the problem. However, the past technology has proven to be difficult to accurately and timely analyze water samples at the levels that our regulatory agencies deem safe.
