Haden VOC abatement technology is now available for the smaller manufacturer with the introduction of an ‘off-the-shelf’ series of predesigned, pre-engineered, smaller two canister thermal oxidisers for use in straightforward applications. Catering for capacities from 5,000 to 25,000 Nm3/hr, this ‘off-the-shelf’ series complements Haden’s tailormade service, bringing its core technology within the reach of companies which do not require the degree of specialist engineering normally needed for larger projects.
With engineering and design work already completed, the smaller oxidiser is less expensive and faster to produce. This enables the smaller manufacturer to take advantage of lower costs and faster delivery times than larger installations may entail.
