Sanitary pumps involve the delivery of all human contact products such as pharmaceuticals, dairy products, beverages, food products, cosmetics, food additives, fine chemicals and the like. There are four types of sanitary, centrifugal, volumetric, jet and air pumps. Centrifugal pumps apply centrifugal force to create velocity, using a rotating wheel to increase speed and push fluid through the outlet valve.

From the point of view of the pump material, the sanitary pump must be 316L stainless steel. The pump cavity has no corner of health, and can perform online cleaning of CIP. The sealant is made of food grade materials, such as nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, Teflon, and the like.

 

As for the pump type, it can be divided into centrifugal pumps, rotor pumps, self-priming pumps, shear pumps, screw pumps and so on. As long as the above requirements are met, it can be called a sanitary pump. The centrifugal pump wheel that must be open impeller is the true meaning of the sanitary pump.

 

Sanitary pumps are suitable for the transport of milk, wine and other liquids, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, which are also indispensable transport equipment. Sanitary pump, also known as centrifugal pump, milk pump, stainless steel beverage pump, is suitable for the transport of milk and other similar gum liquid food, the maximum temperature of 70-80 degrees Celsius.
