The use of alternative raw materials and combustibles has been considerably enlarged during the last few years and reaches an energy share of appr. 50%.
The mix of the substances taken for the production of energy has changed: The use of oil residues, fuller’s earth, meat and bone meal etc. has been reduced. Mainly there have been added fluff and pellets sorted out of the high-heating-value fraction made of the municipal waste as well as the recycling of combustibles produced of industrial refuse.
