Regulation of cancer by therapeutic vaccination and dietary bio-modulation involving organ-specific mitochondria
Cancer therapy should aim to prevent recurrent disease. Surgery and toxic treatments remove only symptoms associated with cancer without trying to intervene in the aetiology, therefore the disease may recur. The autologous cancer vaccine supplemented with bio-modulation might fulfil requirements for effective tumour therapy. The autologous tumour vaccine is formed in the same way as our bodily organs, via natural peptide bonding by a special technique, first devised at the Pasteur Institute in 1967. The curative effect of vaccine is improved if specific stimulation of the immunity is combined with metabolic supplementation to compensate a genetic default. Organ specific mitochondria appear to regulate oncogene transcription back into normal without apoptosis, mimicking spontaneous cures. This observation could lead to medical use of mitochondria as bio-technological cancer precision remedy. The importance of the biological control by lipids in the Central Nervous System (CNS) acting as the 'lipidome' in healing process is especially emphasised. This combination therapy has cured hundreds of cancer patients and experimental animals in randomised studies spanning over 40 years. Our findings indicate that combined immunological and biological modality called 'bio-immunotherapy' is an effective approach for treatment of cancer.
